Teaching staff from the State Agrarian University of Moldova have completed a work visit to the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB),Portugal, which is a partner in the academic mobility projectwithin Erasmus +program. Currently 7 students from UASM are trainedat the partner-university. After graduation, in addition to the diploma issued by the State Agrarian University, these students will receive a diploma IPB.
The aim of the working visit was evaluationof the project quality, taking over best practices of the specialiststraining in a multinational environment, strengthening relationships with colleagues from IPB, and establish new contacts for future collaboration.
A special attention was paid to the negotiations on the study programsand harmonization;requirements for preparing and defense of Bachelor and Master teethesrequirements;the mutual recognition of credits. Were discussed possibilities to obtain new grants and find candidates for academic mobility for the2016-2017 academic years.
During the visit, Prisacaru Veronica, Vice-Rector for Distance Learning and Financial Affairs, gave an open lecture for a multinational IPB student audience (from Portugal, Poland, Brazil, Algeria, Belarus, Morocco, Mexico, Moldova, etc.). Studentsthanked the lecturer with applause for interesting information and a great knowledge of the subject.
